Welcome to the Poptimist- your source for all things alcohol related. Or something. Whisky Fest in Chicago gears up in a week…. (though it unofficially started 3ish weeks ago at an ill-fated house party that started innocently enough with Jack Daniels pong, and ended not so innocently with a couch on fire and a visit from the nice police man…. or whatever).
But never fear… Chicago bars are offering whiskey specials a plenty this week to prepare….
