A lotta latkes? »
Listen, I’m going to be honest. I’m not totally clear on what a latke is (a potato pancake, I think?), or who eats them (eastern europeans?), or why (I think it has to do with communism?), but for some odd, odd reason, I would really like to make and/or eat them. Any insight or direction in my latke quest is more than welcome.
